A pin is a decorative item that is popularly collectible, usually made of metal and filled with enamel. Pins have been a staple of Destiny collectibles surrounding the franchise for many years, as there have been dozens upon dozens of official Destiny pins released over the years. Highly collectible, especially due to the fact that many have had in-game Emblems bundled with them, these pins are rarely available for long, and tend to catch high resale values on secondhand markets.

In addition to Destiny pins, the Bungie Series Pins are also detailed on this wiki, as the series began alongside the Destiny Series Pins which introduced Destiny pins to fans.

Event Exclusives[]

The Event Exclusives entail pins produced in a highly exclusive manner to be distributed at in-person events, or as invitations for said events. Three pins such as this exist currently, the first of which to become available is the World Without Light Ghost pin, which depicts an all-black Ghost. Named for the events of the Destiny 2 campaign, it was given away as part of an invitation package sent out to prevalent community members and industry representatives. The event these invitations regarded was the Destiny 2 Gameplay Premiere Event, which took place on May 18, 2017.[1] The second pin exclusively available as part of an event is the Guardian pin. These pins were available at GuardianCon 2019 as part of the Risk/Reward matches playable at the event, as held by Bungie.[2] The most recent event exclusive pin is the Crucible pin, which was given out at PAX West 2019. It was available as the reward for the reprised Risk/Reward matches hosted once again by Bungie on the convention floor.[3]
