Dominus Ghaul was the leader of the Cabal Red Legion, which he led in a siege of the Last City. He successfully entrapped the Traveler, which revoked the Light from all Guardians. However, the Guardian would reconnect with the Traveler's Light, eventually confronting and defeating Ghaul with the help of the Traveler, which reawakened as a result of the fight.
