Bungie Rewards Seal Pins are a collection of premium pins representing the various titles and associated Seals as earned in Destiny 2, exclusive to the Bungie Rewards program. Seal pins have been a mainstay within the program since its inception in September 2018, with over forty pins in the collection to date. Each pin reflects the design of its in-game counterpart, utilizing a recessed design to add dimensionality. Initially, the pins sold for $19.99 USD on the Bungie Store, but this was increased to $22.99 USD alongside the launch of Beyond Light in November 2020, and eventually rounded up to $23.00 USD when the Bungie Rewards program was revamped in July 2021. The increase in price is cited as being due to tariffs impacting the production of the pins.

Harbinger Seal pin case

Each pin is packaged in a hinged felt case, with the Seal's design stamped on top in gold foil. The dimensions of the box are 3.5" x 3.5" x 1.25" (8.9cm x 8.9cm x 3.15cm). Also included with every pin is a card printed with a unique message related to the exploits involved in earning the respective title. The pins are made with antique bronze, and are 1.75" x 1.5" (4.45cm x 3.8cm) in size, with a thickness of 0.2" (0.5cm D). The reverse side is adorned with Bungie's raised sword pattern, as well as a text window displaying the seal's corresponding title.

Trivia

• The original set of six Seal pins—Wayfarer, Dredgen, Chronicler, Rivensbane, Unbroken, and Cursebreaker—initially had a shorter window to be earned and ordered on the Bungie Store. The original deadline before which codes could be earned and claimed was March 30, 2019 at 11:59 PM PDT, and the original deadline to purchase was April 30, 2019 at 11:59 PM PDT.
• Despite the fact that the Blacksmith Seal was added to Destiny 2 during Black Armory, its corresponding pin was not available on the Bungie Store until the release of Joker's Wild.
• Due to the extension of Season of Arrivals, all Bungie Rewards items intended to be available only during the season were granted a secondary period of code generation after the first ended. The original deadlines for earning codes, claiming codes, and ordering pins were September 21, 2020 at 9:59 AM PDT, September 24, 2020 at 9:59 AM PDT, September 30, 2020 at 11:59 PM PDT respectively. The Seal pins affected by this were the Forerunner and MMXX Seal pins.
• Many of the Seal pins introduced during Season of Defiance had their deadlines extended, including the Virtual Fighter and Dream Warrior pins, which could initially be earned until December 31, 2023 at 8:59 AM PT, but was extended to February 26, 2024 at 9:59 AM PT. The Virtual Fighter pin could then be ordered by January 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT, while the Dream Warrior pin could be ordered until the next day, January 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT, before both deadlines were extended to March 26, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT. Additionally, the deadline to order the Queensguard Seal pin was extended from June 30, 2023 at 11:59 PM PT to September 30, 2023 at 11:59 PM PT.
• Purchases of the Champ Seal pin also included a code for the Emblem Indomitable Unity, as was included with all Bungie Rewards Guardian Games purchases that year.
