The pin was added to the Bungie Store on May 11, 2021, alongside the start of Season of the Splicer, and it is estimated ship in late 2021 to early 2022. As a Bungie Rewards exclusive offer, it could not be purchased without a unique discount code earned by completing activities or Triumphs in Destiny 2. With a discount code, the pin was priced at $22.99 USD.[1]
The pin is made with antique bronze metal and reflects the design of the Splicer Seal as seen in Destiny 2.

To earn a unique discount code, players would have to complete all of the Triumphs within the Splicer Seal in Destiny 2 and claim the Splicer Title before August 24, 2021 at 9:59 AM PDT. A unique discount code could then be claimed until August 31, 2021 at 9:59 PM PDT, which could be used to purchase the print until August 31, 2021 at 11:59 PM PDT.[1]
